Women’s self-defense could help college students to body buliding and self protection. With the developing of this society, nowadays the crime rate is improving. Women is more easy be made inroads on . Nowadays, wrestling techniques are major way to win combat competition. So how to improve the ability of woman college students is become more and more impending. Haidian district, Beijing is a region where there are a lot of university and colleges in it, and proportion of woman students is so big , in another words, there are a lot of woman college students in this region. At the same time , there are enough speciality gym teacher in the area. Stadium and gymnasiums are so good in this area that could expansion Women’s self-defense Course in Haidian district, Beijing The disquisition use all kinds of ways to research Women’s self-defense Course in Haidian district., such as documentary data method, expert interview, structured questionnaires, method of mathematical statistics, analysis ways, etc. We use more than 20 colleges in Haidian district.,Beijing as respondents to research how to expansion Women’s self-defense Course in this area, Finally, We find that women’s self-defense Course is a practicalness, vivid content, high utility ratio course that is a new subject which apply for and the course of treatment in the univ
