太阳能花椒采摘器的设计
摘 要
本文是基于太阳能的新型花椒采摘器的设计,首先通过现有的花椒采摘器,分析现有的花椒采摘器的不足之处和优点。然后根据得到的信息吸取优良的特点,并且将缺点进行弥补。提出几个可行的方案,然后对比方案的难易程度、成本、便携性等因素来确定最终的方案。方案确定之后就可以考虑传动方案的设计,确定传动方案,设计齿轮、带轮、刀具等的尺寸和材料,最后根据传动方案设计箱体的形状和大小。
因为采摘花椒的地方通常是比较偏远的地区,所以花椒采摘器的电源有一定问题,当然我们可以考虑采用干电池或者蓄电池。但是为了环保和可持续性发展,还有越来越成熟的太阳能技术,所以我们采用太阳能来提供能源。因为花椒基本上是除了新疆和东北之外其他全国各地的地区都有种植花椒。然后根据几个主要产地在7、8月份的平均日照时间,计算出功率。然后选择太阳能电池板的材料,根据光电转化率、成本、制造难易程度等因素,最终选择成本低廉、制造简单的多晶硅。根据多晶硅的光电转换效率确定太阳能电池板的大小。
