In spite of these two main drawbacks, I still kept the bag, because I was reluctant to go through the complex process of returning it! The primary reason why I bought the bag online was that I thought I wouldn‘t have to make do with the second best, since there was such a broad selection of bags. But it seemed that the bag was not even good. I should be prudent about shopping, especially online shopping.
