The Enrichment Programme for second half year (Jun – Oct 2017) consists of 12 lessons (Primary 6 to Sec 5) or 16 lessons (K1 to Primary 5) unless otherwise stated. 2. Please ensure that the dates and time of the programmes that your child/children intend to enrol in do not clash with any other programmes. 3. CDAC reserves the rights to claim the full fees of the programmes if your child is absent for the programmes which he/she has registered for. CDAC also reserves the rights not to refund the fees. Registration Period 4. Programmes are open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. You have to register as a member of CDAC@ Yew Tee in order to register for the programmes. Please bring along your birth certificate/NRIC to register as our member. Membership is free. 5. Phase Date Criterion Remarks Priority 17/4/17 to 8/5/17 For the class(es) (Lesson 9 to 16) that Register with Payment Notice the students are currently enrolled in Phase 1 21/5/17 to 27/5/17 For student members who are currently Vacancies will be allocated on a first- on CDAC Activity Fee Subsidy Scheme come-first served basis
