外挂式可回转推进装置研制课题技术总结 摘 要:该报告对外挂式可回转一体化推进装置项目2013年度技术工作进行了全面总结,2013年完成了推进装置初样的方案设计和技术设计,并组织了方案设计评审,以及技术设计评审的全部准备工作。在研究中将推进装置划分为推进装置总体、全回转机构和推进电机三个分系统,推进装置总体分系统中完成了高效导管桨和槽道桨的设计研究,全回转机构分系统完成了全回转机构结构设计和回转角度控制和定位研究,推进电机分系统完成了主推进电机、槽道电机和回转驱动电机的设计,基于粘流的数值计算建立了导管桨在回转过程中的水动力载荷分析技术,采用磁耦合及动密封传动方式建立了大功率深水电机动力传动技术,采用高精度的蜗轮+双导程蜗杆传动机构的设计形成了深海回转机构的密封和角度定位技术,在数值计算和模型试验基础上评估的外挂式全回转推进装置和槽道推进装置初样的技术指标可以满足课题任务书和小站的技术要求 关键词:全回转机构 高效导管 槽道桨 深水电机 角度定位 Abstract: This report gives a comprehensive summary of research work on outboard azimuthing propulsors in 2013. The concept design and detailed design of original prototypes were completed with a concepet design review. The preparation for detailed design review was also completed. In the project the propulsion system was divided into three parts, general design, azimuthing device and deep-sea motor respectively. During the year higher efficiency duct and tunnel propeller were designed in the general design system, structural design of azimuthing device and azimuthing controller and positioning were achieved, three deepwater motors were designed as well. By completing the design and research works hydrodynamic loading analyzing technique of azimuthing ducted propeller based on computational fluid dynamics was developed, power transmission technique of deep-sea motor applying magnetic coupling and direct drive was investigated, Sealed and positioning technique of deep-sea azimuthing device applying higher precision dual lead worm and gear were developed as well. Based on the calculated results and model test the technical criteria of the original prototypes were predicted and can meet the requirements.
