体外高频热疗在不同时机对恶性胸腹腔积液治疗的临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析体外高频热疗在不同时机对恶性胸、腹腔积液的作用。 方法 从我院2015年2月～2016年1月期间接收并治疗的恶性胸、腹腔积液患者中随机抽取72例作为研究对象，随机分为四组，每组18例。对照组A：整个疗程仅应用传统的药物化疗方法；治疗组A：在使用胸、腹腔注射化疗药前，先使用体外高频热疗处理；治疗组B：在使用胸、腹腔注射化疗药的同时，进行体外高频热疗；治疗组C：先使用胸、腹腔注射化疗药，再进行体外高频热疗。 结果 72例患者均完成3个疗程，治疗组与对照组相比，治疗效果较高（P0.05）。 结论 患者体内药物注射化疗和体外高频热疗同时进行，效果显著，可能两者中有协同作用，从而达到了更好的胸腹腔积液的治疗效果 [关键词] 体外高频热疗；恶性胸、腹腔积液；恶性肿瘤；化疗 [中图分类号] R730.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）15-0052-03 [Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion at different stage. Methods 72 patients with malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the study objects and randomly divided into 4 groups with 18 patients in each. Control group A： the patients in this group were treated with the conventional chemotherapy during the whole course； Treatment group A： treated with extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia prior to the use of pleural and peritoneal injection of chemotherapy drugs； Treatment B： concurrent application of extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia and pleural and peritoneal injection of chemotherapy drugs； Treatment group C： firstly applied the pleural and peritoneal injection of chemotherapy drugs and then treated with the extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia. Results 3 treatment courses were all completed by the 72 patients. The treatment effect of treatment group was obviously increased compared to the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Concurrent application of intracorporal injection of chemotherapy drugs and extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia shows significant effects indicating synergistic effect of the two， which reaches better treatment effects.
