Procedures: Step 1 Greetings and Lead-in Greet the whole class. Ask Ss to do Warm-up. Learn the words about holidays. Ask Ss to find out which are Chinese festivals and which are Western festivals. Ask some Ss to talk about their favorite festivals and give their reasons. Introduce some Western festivals to the Ss. Step 2 Listening 1 Learn the new words of this part.
