[ Methods] The sem-i structured i ter- view s, key i forma t i terview s a d focus group discussio s were carried out a d 71 farmers a d health service providers, health ma ageme t perso el w ere i terview ed i Luoyua a d Zhero g cou ties. [Results] There were some differe ces betw ee tw o cou ties for hospitalizi g behaviors. The hospitalizi g behaviors i Zhero g were basically similar to past years. But more people w e t to the earest tow ship health ce ter for hospitalizi g i Luoyua . The medical co ditio of tow ship health ce ters w as a mai i flue ce factor.
