Wuhan Heavy Casting and Forging Ltd. ,Wuhan 430070 ,China) Abstract : Relating with the experience and practices in the preparation for the seamless steel pipe and in the design of the die , the reason that caused the eccentricity of the steel pipe forging was ana lyzed. The method to prevent the eccentricity was discussed from the aspects of technological process and die structure. It can serve as a reference for the steel pipe industry and for processing long canistershaped parts with high requirement in their aperture. Key words : plastic deformation ; seamless steel pipe ; eccentricity 采用冲孔拔伸塑性成形工艺生产无缝钢管锻 图 1 是一典型钢管简图。材料为 12CrMoV ,是 件时 ,先反挤压成形杯状空心件 ,再拔伸拉长减小杯 一厚壁筒形件 ,适用于 4500t 水压机的冲孔和 2000t 状空心件的壁厚及孔径。
