本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目：中国铝业中州分公司锅炉烟气脱硫工艺改造研究 院（系部）资源环境学院 专业名称 环境工程 年级班级 2007-01 学生姓名 范荣洋 指导老师 高彩铃 二〇一一年六月五日摘 要 目前，全世界烟气脱硫工艺共有200多种，经过几十年不断的探索和实践，在火电厂上应用的脱硫工艺仅在10种左右。，主要包括有：石灰石/石灰－石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺；旋转喷雾半干法烟气脱硫工艺；炉内喷钙加尾部烟道增湿活化脱硫工艺；循环流化床锅炉脱硫工艺；海水脱硫烟气工艺；离子液循环吸收法脱硫工艺以及荷电干式喷射法烟气脱硫工艺等。其中，应用最广泛的是石灰石/石灰—石膏湿法脱硫工艺，湿式石灰石/石灰石膏法脱硫工业化装置已有四十余年的历史，经过多年不断改进发展与完善，目前已成为世界上技术最为成熟、应用最为广泛的脱硫工艺，在脱硫市场特别是大容量机组脱硫上占主导地位，约占电厂装机容量的85％。应用的单机容量已达1000MW。本次中国铝业中州分公司热电厂锅炉烟气技改就是用的石灰/石膏法湿法脱硫技术。 关键词：脱硫工艺；石灰/石膏法湿法脱硫；电厂脱硫工艺改造 Abstract At present, the worlds total of more than 200 kinds of flue gas desulfurization process, after decades of constant exploration and practice, the application of the thermal power plant desulfurization process only about 10 species, mainly including: limestone - gypsum technology; rotating spray semi-dry flue gas desulfurization; limestone injection plus rear flue desulfurization humidification activation; circulating fluidized bed boiler desulfurization process; seawater flue gas desulfurization process; electron beam flue gas desulfurization and Charged dry flue gas desulfurization process and other jet.Among the most widely used is limestone - gypsum wet FGD technology, wet limestone / gypsum FGD plant has 40 years of industrial history, after years of development and improvement of continuous improvement, technology has become the worlds most mature, most applications extensive desulfurization process, in the desulfurization market, especially large-capacity unit desulfurization dominant, accounting for about 85% of plant capacity.
