Brake-By-Wire (BBW) also known as electronic control brake system, according to the different energy sources ,BBW can be divided into mechanical BBW system and hydraulic BBW system .
BBW technology is a hotspot of research on the car today. Nowadays,the innovation space of car parts is limited in the structure aspect. Major innovative in electronic, electronic technology will replace mechanical function.BBW is to make the brake structure more simple, better braking effect. Control system is the core of BBW system, receiveing the signal, emiting the the appropriate signal.
This paper study content is to realize braking system function through using the new GMM material.The innovation is using GMM material on the H agencies. single-chip computer control the whole system. The system does not exist all kinds of pipe, therefore,it is better for environment, high brake efficiency.The full text is divided into four chapters . Main content is discussed as follows:
The first chapter discusses the present situation of BBW dynamic,the development trend and research significance.
The second chapter discusses GMM research status at home and abroad, magnetostrictive principle, pressure and magnetic field affect the size of materials; How to choose the size of the GMM rod; Determine the magnetic induction coil length, inner diameter; Wire diameter, number of turns, the determination of thickness; Selection of enameled wire size.
The third chapter briefly introduces the control system, Keil uVision3 software.How to design Sepic circuit and the hardware circuit and the preparation of the control program.
The fourth chapter mainly summarizes the work and the prospect of future work.
