中国计量学院 本科毕业设计（论文） Design on Small Automotive Air Conditioning System Test System 2013年05月 摘要关键词：；；； 中图分类号：TB657 Design oAbstract:Today,the forthputting of automotive air conditioning has been universal,and with the development of the Science and Technology,people’s requirements on automotive air conditioning are also getting higher and higher,but as the overall performance of automotive air-conditioning is improving,there have been many problems at the same time.According to information provided by Automotive Air Conditioning H-type thermal expansion valve manufacturers,the expansion valve in some special cases will generate the phenomenon of howling. Therefore,this paper will mainly design a small automobile air conditioning bench to solve this problem of the whistle issue and to study the H-type thermal expansion valve .As a comprehensive test-bed, the bench can be used in the following experiments: 1、For simulation,analysis of the whistle issues of automotive air conditioning H-type thermal expansion valve; For teaching demonstration,analysis of automotive air conditioning,and it’s difference from ordinary air conditioned car characteristics; Analog automotive air conditioning and automotive engine in the conditions of startup and shutdown and the automotive air conditioning‘s operating status when the engine is startup.At the same time get the record and analysis of the automotive air conditioning parts working conditions when the speed is variable; 4、This bench can be used to do the research of cooling capacity test of small automotive air conditioning systems,and condenser performance testing of small automotive air conditioning systems.
