As stirring time goes, the side or angle of primary Si becomes desensitized; the distributionof primary Si becomes more homogeneous. When stirring time is 30 minutes, distribution of the microstructure of primary Si is most homogeneous. Tensile test sample section of Al- 25 Si made in metallic pattern is cleavageous andthe tensile test sample section of SSM is ductile fracture or toughness nest.
