摘 要 在火电厂机组运行正常情况下，凝结水溶解氧量是合格的，但是因为许多原因，导致凝结水溶解氧偏高，使机组不能安全稳定的运行，所以必须对凝结水溶解氧偏高的原因进行分析并且使其溶氧量达到标准值。 本文从凝结水系统入手，通过介绍该系统的组成，得出凝结水在整个系统中的流程。而凝结水在循环使用中，不可避免地含有腐蚀物和杂质，而随着电厂机组容量的增大，对水质要求提高，又必须对凝结水进行精处理。然后通过介绍凝结水精处理系统，分析凝结水受污染的原因以及精处理系统需经过过滤和除盐两部分，去除金属腐蚀产物和悬浮杂质以及溶解盐类,但是凝结水溶解氧量偏高所产生的危害却未能消除。接着介绍凝结水溶解氧量偏高所带来的危害，以及可能引起溶解氧量偏高的原因和解决措施，最后以蒙达发电公司和山西武乡和信发电公司为例，根据这两个电厂溶解氧偏高原因的分析以后，都采取相应的有效措施，来降低溶解氧以达到标准值，使机组可以正常运行，这样既提高了资源的利用率，也减少了生产运行成本。 关键词：凝结水；精处理；溶解氧； Abstract Coal-fired power plants operation in normal circumstances，condensate dissolved oxygen is qualified, because of many reasons, resulting in condensate dissolved oxygen is high , so that units can not be a safe and stable operation, it must be reasons for the high condensate analysis of dissolved oxygen and let dissolved oxygen reach standard value.
