The author also arranged the development process of systematic planning in modern urban planning, and introduced the development of foreign urban systematic planning, including spontaneous, mature, climax and revived stage, also focused on research and practice of urban systematic planning theory in China recently. Furthermore, the author summarized diamond model system of the strategic planning, industrial planning, special planning, project planning, organization planning, and financial planning, and raised the driving force of systematic planning practice. Finally, under new urbanization situation, the author proposed application trend of systematic planning, focusing on its application in the field of inventory planning and public planning.
