Abstract: In order to ta lly w ith the actua l situation further, .i e. , transfer tmi es are a determ in ing
facto r and travel tmi e is an mi portant facto r in passengers cho ice o f a route in a pub lic tra ff ic netw ork,
the p sycho log ical characteristics of passengers w ere ana lyzed, a public traffic ne wt ork m ode l based on
GIS geog raph ical in fo rm ation system ) w as established, and the pa thp lann ing m atrix and the least
transfer m atrix u sed to the ana lysis of public traffic w ere constructed. On the basis o f the above w orks,
an opt mi al rout ing a lgorithm fo r public traffic netw orks w as proposed by consider ing the link travel t mi e
and the t mi e at bu s stop s. F ina lly, a smi ple examp le w as g iven to show th is a lgorithm.
