On one hand, university students’ attitudes towards occupation need changing to adapt to the new environment of employment. On the other hand, the employers should pay attention to founding the staff training system rather than only attach too much importance to the experience of the applicants. The meaning of self-employment is not realized by every person yet, however, we must be aware of its importance if we want to solve the problem of university students’ employment. We should know that choosing to become self-employment is not because of necessity but because of more opportunities. The conclusion It’s too complicated and difficult to explain the cause of university students’ employment problem clearly on every aspects. But there is no doubt that solving it involves the government’s support, the enterprises’ duty, and the students themselves’ struggle.
