Follow ing a detailed anal sis of method principle, testing condition and result process, it focused on anal zing the similarities and differences of contents described in 3 standards b pinhole imaging, and pointed out t he differences of met hods, applicable scopes and targets. Conclusions of this paper can be used b users as good references and basis of know ing roundl about the measuring methods for focal spot sizes, of choosing appropriate methods according to different intent ions and requirements.
