新产业分类：个人消费产业概述 作者:张齐圣 【摘 要】 伴随着“现代服务业经济”这一概念的提出，在学术界长期存在着对这一概念所知的第三产业的划分模糊问题。基于不同研究目的，在产业经济学中以“关联方式分类法”、费歇尔“三次产业分类法”、“国际标准分类法”、马克思“两大部类分类法”、波拉特“四次产业分类法”、霍夫曼“霍夫曼分类法”等等对产业经济进行分类，虽然各有所长，但在今天的环境之下却难以找出单独的一类方法能够较全面的解析现代服务业经济。 本文立足于吸收前人留下的宝贵经验同时，我们将现代服务业经济分类为“个人消费产业”、“生产要素服务产业” 、“资本融资和虚拟经济产业”和”特殊产业”，并且从传统经济与知识经济两个方向入手，以个人有闲消费需求为主要需求点，以“传统个人消费产业”与“新兴个人消费产业”为切口深入分析，以“生产者理论”和“消费者理论”作为对“个人消费产业”研究的基本着眼点，揭示现代服务业经济中存在的双重性经济现象。并以“双重矛盾与双重互补”为理论起点，以产业组织研究的市场SCP分析模型、产业组织理论和对个人消费产业生产可能性的理论分析，从市场可能、企业可能与生产可能三个方面大胆的提出新兴个人消费产业的自我循环与发展理论。 【关键词】现代服务业经济 个人消费产业 传统个人消费产业 新兴个人消费产业 双重性经济现象 新兴个人消费产业的自我循环与发展理论 The industrial research of personal consumption in tertiary industry 【Abstract】 There is always a problem of differentiating the third industry clearly in the academia for a long time accompanying the proposal of the concept of modern service industry. For various research aims, there are several approaches to classify industry economy. These methods are: 慒ischers three industry classification? 慽nternational standard classification? 慚arxs two most class classification? 態orat four industry classification?and 慔ofmann抯 classification? etc. Despite each method抯 advantages, it is hard to find a single approach to totally analyze modern service economy. This essay will learn from precious experience and simultaneously divide modern service industry into three parts: 憄ersonal consumption industry? 憄roduction elements service industry?and 慶apital financing and virtual economy industry? It will be on the basis of traditional economy and knowledge economy and it regards personal leisure consumption as the main demand point. Then this essay will focus on traditional personal consumption industry and emerging personal consumption industry.
