This paper is based on the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, factor analysis method and TOPSIS method, five methods are empirical in the performance evaluation of the listed companies in the grey correlation analysis, and the differences of various evaluation methods specific evaluation process analysis, the difference of trying to explain the empirical results, in order to provide reference for the evaluation the choice of methods.
