We also provide instruction in mathematics for students of other disciplines, who require it as ancillary to another course of study. Teaching is focused in the Department of Mathematics in the Huxley Building, which contains the subject library and computing rooms as well as lecture rooms and study rooms. The library contains a selection of standard texts, journals and periodicals. The computing rooms contain workstations, terminals and visual display units attached to the College network. Undergraduate courses To qualify for entry, intending students must have satisfied the general University entrance requirements and the individual course requirements in terms of passes at A level in the GCE examination (or their equivalent) as indicated in the Undergraduate Prospectus online at www.imperial.ac.uk/P1775.htm#4.
