Experiment 1: The comparison and analyze on the factors of affecting German Simmental superovulation In the experiment, 75 German Simmental donors were superovulated. The results of the experiment indicated: We superovulated German Simmental by unartificial oestrus, prostaglandin, CIDR, the average available embryo was 8.64±0.99,7.25±0.99 and 3.20±0.99 respectively, the CIDR group was lowest than the others(P0.05), there was no significant difference(P0.05) between unartificial oestrus and prostaglandin; There was no significant difference(P0.05) between different seasons ，the winter had a higher pregnancy rate than spring, summer, autumn, but the winter and the summer had significant difference(P0.05) between the average available embryo rate and A level embryo; The average available embryo of fine constitution was higher 2.85 than weak constitution, but there was no significant difference(P0.05); Corpus luteum on the ovary had a higher average available embryo than corpus luteum and ovarian follicle on the ovary, but there was no significant difference(P0.05) between groups.
