中药熏洗联合功能锻炼对髌骨骨折术后功能恢复的影响.PDF

·508 · 国际中医中药杂志2017年6月第39卷第6期 Int J Trad Chin Med, June 2017, Vol. 39, No.6 ·论著 · 中药熏洗联合功能锻炼对髌骨骨折 术后功能恢复的影响 王明爽 黎清斌 劳永锵 梁伟春 胡永波 【摘要】 目的 探讨中药熏洗联合功能锻炼对髌骨骨折术后功能恢复的影响。方法 将符合纳入 标准的 80 例髌骨骨折患者按随机数字表法分为 2 组，每组 40 例。对照组采用连续被动活动训练机 (continuous passive motion, CPM)进行功能锻炼，治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药熏洗。2 组均治疗 8 周。 采用膝关节评分量表(Keen Society Score, KSS)评价膝关节功能，观察治疗前后膝关节活动范围变化，评 价临床疗效。结果 治疗组优良率为 87.5% (35/40)、对照组为 65.0% (26/40)，2 组比较差异有统计学意 义(χ2 ＝5.591，P ＜0.01)；治疗后 8 周，治疗组膝关节活动范围[(138.38±7.82)°比(120.29±7.83)°，t ＝ 10.338]、KSS 评分[(88.38 ±9.52)分比(83.46 ±9.36)分，t ＝2.330]均高于对照组(P ＜0.01 或 P ＜0.05)。 结论 髌骨骨折术后采用中药熏洗联合 CPM 功能锻炼可促进膝关节功能恢复，减少骨折并发症。 【关键词】 髌骨；骨折；骨折固定术，内；薰洗；连续被动活动训练机；功能恢复 Clinical effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with continuous passive motion promote the function recovery after postoperative patellar fracture * Wang Mingshuang , * Li Qingbin, Lao Yongqiang, Liang Weichun, Hu Yongbo.
