The logistics management’ study and apply about fresh products With the improvement of people’s living and change of consumption concept,the demand of fresh products is growing,the quantity requirement of fresh products is high,and the requirement of fresh products distribution in road is also increasing.In the process of fresh food from the producer to the final consumer，in takes 80% of the time in the transport and distribution in road process and 20% of the loss occurs in the circulation link.In addition，the food safety problems of the fresh products have been exposed again and again，which has attracted the wide attention of people.Based on this，according to the problem about safety of quality of fresh products，the paper sets the process of fresh products’ distribution in road and traceability system as research object and studies them systematically and deeply.The main research contents are as follows： 1.Firstly，the paper analysis all kinds of food safety accidents at present .For these food safety promble，the paper put forward to the research promble.Secondly，It analyses the research status of fresh products’ quality safety、 fresh products physical distribution and traceability system systematically，Proposes the shortcomings of fresh products’ distribution and the traceability system and clears the purpose and significant of the study. 2.This paper studies the fresh products distribution in road and the traceability system in a whole prospective.In analyses the factors，which influence the fresh logistics，divides factors in the distribution process into five parts：transport personnel，transportation management，transportation routes，transportation equipment and transportation environment and distinguishes the key factor through the rough set theory.It also studies factors in the supply chain，which influence the quality safety of fresh product，distinguishes key factors in every link and regards them as traceability information.An overall technical framework
