M ethods　S ix ty-our com atose surv ivo rsw e re se lected or EEG eva luation a ter CPR. A cco rd- ing to the tmi e inte rvals o the irst EEG m onitoring, the pa tients w ere d iv ided into 1-3 day, 4-7 day, and 7 day g roup s. The EEG m onito ring included genera lized suppression, burs-t supp ression, a lpha or theta com a, and slow w ave inc rease patte rns. The endpoint o clinica l outcom e (G lasgow O utcom e Sca le score) w as eva luated at 6 m on ths. The 4 types o EEG pa tterns w e re calculated respec tive ly, and the prognostic sensitivity, speci icity, positive predic tive va lue, alse po sitive rates, and to tal consistent rates during the 3 tmi e in te rva ls w e re pred icted.
