摘要 摘要：随着我国市场经济的发展，我国的中小企业也得到了快速的发展。一方面，我国经济的发展促进了中小企业的发展；另一方面，中小企业在一定程度上也刺激了我国经济的发展，并对我国的社会发展和进步做出了非常突出的贡献。但是，我国中小企业的发展仍然存在很多的问题，特别是在企业生产运营过程中最为重要的资金环节方面，资金是企业正常运作的保障，同时也是衡量企业发展及其盈利水平和各项能力的重要指标，因而，中小企业必须加强对于资金的管理。本文主要通过深入的了解企业特别是中小企业的资金管理的内容和现状，结合江苏省文风化纤集团资金管理的现状，深入剖析其中主要存在的问题，进而制定相应的改进策略，以期促进和完善江苏文风化纤集团以及其他中小企业的资金管理，提高其资金管理水平。 关键字：中小企业；资金；资金管理；江苏文风化纤集团 Abstract Abstract：With the development of our market economy, the small and medium-sized enterprises in China has been rapid development. On one hand, the development of economy of our country to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises; on the other hand, small and medium-sized enterprises in a certain extent, has stimulated the development of our national economy, and Chinas social development and progress made outstanding contribution. However, the development of SMEs in China still exist many problems, especially in the enterprise production operation process is the most important part of the funds, enterprise funds are the normal functioning of the security, but also measure the enterprise development and profit level and the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises, therefore, must strengthen the management of the funds. This article mainly through in-depth understanding of enterprises especially small and medium-sized enterprises financial management content and the present situation, unifies the Jiangsu province style chemical fiber group fund management present situation, analyzes the main existing problems, and then make the corresponding improvement strategies, in order to promote and perfect the style of Jiangsu chemical fiber group and other small and medium-sized enterprise capital management, improving its the level of financial management.
