毕业设计文献综述(国外英文资料) Personal summary, for communication only PLC program design of blade belt grinding machine We can learn that belt grinding machine is a kind of grinding machine which uses fast moving abrasive belt as grinding tool and grinding and polishing. The dimensional accuracy and smoothness of the workpiece are improved. It works by using fast moving abrasive belts as abrasive tools for grinding and polishing. Belt grinding machine is divided into universal abrasive belt grinder, cylindrical abrasive belt grinder, internal abrasive belt grinder, flat abrasive belt grinder and contour abrasive belt grinder. Since 1950s, belt grinding machines have been developed into highly efficient finishing machines. The machining precision of abrasive belt grinding machine can guarantee within 5 microns, efficiency ratio of grinding wheel for grinding machine several times, while the power consumption is only a fraction of it. Abrasive belt grinding machine is mainly used for processing of large size sheet, especially sheet heat resistant hard processing materials such as stainless steel plate, titanium plate; planar parts mass production such as printed circuit board, silicon steel sheet and gasket; complex surfaces such as turbine blades, large size thin wall bar, long hole and die casting etc.. The basic structure and function of abrasive belt grinding machine is: the driving wheel drives the belt movement, idler for tensioning belt; the contact wheel or the supporting plate on the back of the sand belt, used to produce the contact pressure on the workpiece and cutting angle; the workpiece on the back of the supporting wheel, a workbench or conveyor belt feed motion; the outer circle abrasive belt grinding machine by headstock and tailstock supported workpiece.
