I can not. This is enhanced CT scan to performed CT perfusion. We can find less vascular enhancement in this area. But we can not determine there is infarction or not. * This is the patients CT perfusion parameter imaging. We can find the suspected infarction area has a low CBF (blue ), normal CBV, and delayed MTT (red), and almost zero TTP (dark).
