青海大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Abstract Objective: The measurement research for Qinghai regional indigenous minorities (Tibetan, Hui, Salar) lumbar pedicle indicators, the measurement of the system, designed to complement information associated with pedicle morphology, indigenous minorities in Qinghai region (Tibetan, Hui, Salar) in the form of lumbar pedicle measurement research provide positioning for clinical vertebral pedicle screw internal fixation according to the method simple and reliable clinical anatomy. Methods: In November 2012 to November 2014 in Qinghai university affiliated hospital during lumbar spine three-dimensional CT (Philips 256 SCT) in patients with random spare area in Qinghai indigenous minorities sample each of 100 cases with 256 spiral CT image post-processing system computer measuring 1 to lumbar vertebra waist 5 (L1 - L5), a total of five/cases of vertebral bodies. All measurements are in CT console screen directly reading records, the test data expressed in x + s, and statistical analysis. Results: 1. Lumbar pedicle transverse diameter, pedicle and sagittal diameter pedicle length (u，mm), Tibetan men were 15.70±0.78 ，17.48±0.81 and 15.67±0.95, women were 15.67±0.89 ，17.44±1.09 and 15.65±1.05；Hui men were 14.90±0.78 ，16.69±0.81 and 14.89±0.95, women were 14.87±0.89，16.66±1.09 and 14.89±1.05 ；Salar men were 15.00±0.78 ，16.78±0.81 and 15.00±0.95, women were 14.91±0.89，16.72±1.09 and 14.95±1.05. 2. The lumbar pedicle transverse diameter, sagittal diameter and length are has obvious sex difference. 3. Qinghai region of every ethnic (Tibetan, Hui, Salar) and the Han nationality of pedicle transverse diameter, sagit
