《中国近现代史纲要 Conspectus of Chinese Modern History》(107020012) 本科所有专业（除生基） 1．该课程的目的和任务（Objectives and tasks of the course） 本课程是高等学校本科必修的思想政治理论课。本课程帮助学生了解国史、国情，深刻领会历史和人民怎样选择了马克思主义，怎样选择了中国共产党，选择了社会主义道路。 Conspectus of Chinese Modern History ”is one of the compulsory ideological and political courses for all undergraduates of colleges and universities in China. Objectives and tasks of this course are to help the students: a) to know about the social development of modern China, the historical process and its internal regularity of revolution, construction and reformation; b) to be aware of Chinese history and Chinese national conditions; c) to deeply understand history and people how to choose Marxism, the Communist Party of China, the socialist road, reform and opening-up. 2．课程的基本内容和要求(Basic contents and requirements of the course) 本课程主要讲授中国近代以来抵御外来侵略、争取民族独立、推翻反动统治、实现人民解放的历史。内容主要涉及：从鸦片战争到五四运动前夜（1840－1919）、从五四运动到新中国成立（1919—1949）、从新中国成立到社会主义现代化建设新时期（1949—2008）这三部分内容。通过教学，使学生自觉继承爱国主义传统和优良革命传统，弘扬民族精神， 增强民族自尊心、自信心和自豪感，坚定马克思主义信仰，坚定坚持共产党领导 和走中国特色社会主义道路的信心。This course mainly introduces the history of modern China to defend foreign aggression, fight for national independence, overthrow reactionary ruling and realize the liberation of people. Contents mainly concern: a) form the First Opium War to the eve of May 4th Movement (1840-1919); b) from the May 4th Movement to the founding of the new china (1919-1949); c) from the founding of the new china to the new period of socialist modernization construction (1949-2008). By learning this course, students are required to: a) inherit consciously the good traditions of patriotism and revolution; b) carry forward Chinese national spirits, enhance Chinese national pride and confidence; c) strengthen the conviction of Marxism, uphold Communist Party leadership and take the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. 3．学分：2.5 4．学时：42（课内学时34，实践教学8） 5．性质：必修课 6．教材选用及主要参考书 教 材：《中国近现代史纲要》，本书编写组，高等教育出版社，2013年版。 参考书： （1）《中国近现代史纲要教师参考书》，高等教育出
