中国循证医学杂志 2017年6月第17卷第6期 • 1 •   ·论著·二次研究· 保妇康栓和辛复宁治疗 HPV 感染的 成本-效果分析 卢岩，段晓敏，孙利华 沈阳药科大学工商管理学院（沈阳  110016 ） 【摘要】   目的    对保妇康栓和辛复宁治疗 HPV 感染的成本-效果进行比较，为合理选用药品、确定药品价 格以及正确认识产品价值等提供参考。方法    本研究从费用支付方角度出发，建立决策树模型对保妇康栓和辛 复宁治疗 HPV 感染进行成本-效果分析。效果指标采用基于 Meta 分析计算得出的 HPV 转阴率，成本数据则根据 发改委、招采中心、卫生厅等官方网站发布的药品价格和检查价格计算得出。针对转阴率和价格的不确定性进行 单因素敏感性分析。结果    保妇康栓（48 d ）组、保妇康栓（42 d ）组和辛复宁（30 d ）组的 HPV 转阴率分别为 61.89%、63.05% 和 46.58% ，相对应的治疗总成本分别为 668.61 元、630.09 元和 850.83 元。不同疗程的保妇康栓组 相对于辛复宁组，其 HPV 转阴率均更高，且成本均更低。在敏感性分析中，上述评价结果不受影响。结论    本研 究结果提示保妇康栓治疗 HPV 感染的卫生经济性优于辛复宁。 【关键词】  HPV 感染；保妇康栓；辛复宁；Meta 分析；成本-效果分析 The cost-effectiveness of Baofukang versus Xinfuning in the treatment of HPV infection LU Yan, DUAN Xiaomin, SUN Lihua School of Business Administration, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, Shenyang 110016, P.R.China Corresponding author: SUN Lihua, Email: slh-3632@163.com 【Abstract 】 Objective    To compare the cost-effectiveness of Baofukang and Xinfuning in the treatment of HPV infection, and to provide references for reasonable clinical prescription, pricing drugs and the cognition product value. Methods    Decision tree model was developed to estimate the cost-effectiveness of Baofukang and Xinfuning from the perspective of the cost payer. In the model, the effectiveness was mainly measured by the clearance rate of HPV based on meta-analysis. And cost data was mainly based on the published price data by the websites of the Development and Reform Commission, Bidding Center, the Health Department and so on. The single factor sensitivity analysis was made based on the change of effectiveness and price. Results    The effective rate of Baofukang when the treatment time was 48 days was 61.89%, and the effective rate was 63.05
