摘 要 摘 要 随着中国经济的崛起，以饮食为代表的中国文化开始风靡全球。素食文化凭其“关 爱生命，关注健康”的理念也获得越来越多人的认同。本文以保定莲藏素食禅文化中心 为研究案例，从笔者担任餐饮陪同口译的实践角度出发，分别对本次陪同口译实习的概 况、完成情况以及口译内容进行详细解析，重点探讨餐饮陪同口译过程中遇到何种难点 问题，深入思考问题产生的原因。同时，根据本次陪同口译实践，结合学过的语言学的 翻译策略，分析经验总结，加深提高笔者翻译水平。 本报告总共分为五个章节，包括任务描述、过程描述、译前准备、案例分析和实践 总结。任务描述包括介绍任务背和概括任务性质。过程描述包括译前准备、翻译过程和 译后整理三个部分。译前准备从两个角度详细介绍了笔者为此项陪同口译所的准备。案 例分析为本文的重点，主要以现场口译录音资料为基础，选取翻译过程中所遇到的几个 重点问题，并以这些问题为切入点探讨餐饮美食口译遇到的难点和问题以及所需要的能 力和素质。实践总结为笔者针对此次陪同口译实践几点重要体会，总结经验，以便更好 的完善以后的工作。 关键词 莲藏素食 陪同口译 语言衔接 释义 I Abstract Abstract The food culture of China is now sweeping the whole world along with China’s booming economy. With the development of Chinese economy, Chinese food culture arouses great attraction all over the world. The vegetarian food culture, with its philosophy of care for life, care for health, is enjoying more and more popularity among foreigners. Based on a case study of the interpreting practice in Baoding Lian Zang, the thesis firstly provides the overview of the practice, and then the description of the interpreting performance as well as the detailed illustration of the content. The thesis mainly focuses on the analysis of interpreting difficulties and their causes by using interpreting strategies. Consequently, the practice summary will be conducive to promoting the students’ interpreting capability.
