锥区静盟与公共卫生 中华护理杂志 2016 律.t2 月第 51 卷第王室期 居家痴呆老年人照护问题评估单的构建研究 郝薇王志稳张晖邹宝红 I 摘要] 目的 构建居家痴呆老年人照护问题评估羊，通过系统、动态地评估，及时发现居家照护过程中所存在的 问题，为进一步制订个体化照护方案提供依据。方法 基于文献研究、对痴呆老年人照顾者半结构式访谈及专家会 议构建评估羊初稿，然后采用德尔菲法对全国范围内32 名专家进行2 轮咨询。结果 2 轮专家咨询的问卷有效回收 率分别为91.43%和1 ∞%。第2 轮咨询中，专家权威系数为0.909 ，一、二、三级指标专家意见协调系数分别为0.381 、 0.172 、 0.1 77 (PO.OOl) 。最终形成的居家痴呆老年人照护问题评估单包括一级指标4 项(日常生活照护问题、精神行 为问题、居家环境设置问题、愉悦性活动安排问题)，二级指标28 项，三级指标119 项。结论 经专家咨询确定的居家 痴呆老年人照护问题评估单科学、合理，能为居家痴呆老年人照护问题的动态评估及制订个体化照护计划提供依据。 [关键词] 痴呆; 居家照护; 护理评估; 德尔菲技术 Development of care problemsωsessment indicator system for community-dwelling patients with dementia/ HAO Wei ,WANG Zhi-wen ,ZHANG H时，ZOU Bao-hong [Ab喝tract] Objective To develop care problems assessment indicators for community-dwelling patients with de- mentia. Then ,Delphi technique was used to identify the indicators through two rounds of expert consultation among 32 experts.
