Color difference value of gray scale fromISOand AATCC is introduced. The value of color difference calculated by CMC color differ ence formula is more coincident with visual assessment. In practice production, instrument assessment with color difference formula can substitute visual assessment. Thus, color difference value has uantification numerical value.
