无热滞新型恒温水浴的研制

摘 要 :采用第二类导体作为发热体兼做传热介质 ,设计出一种有别于传统恒温装置的新型恒温
器. 和常规恒温装置比较 ,论述了其基本构造和工作原理 ,探讨了影响控温灵敏度的几个因素. 结果
表明 ,当以 Pt100 热敏电阻为感温元件 ,L U —902 K 型位式调节仪作为温度控制器时 ,可使控温灵
敏度达到 ±0. 02 ℃.

Study of ne w thermostat without thermal hysteresis

Abstract : The new thermostat waterbath equipment adopting the second kind of conductor as heating
substance and thermal transmission medium was designed. Compared with the common constant
temperature waterbath equipments , the basic structure and working principle of the new thermostat ,
and some factors controlling temperature precision are discussed. The measure result used a Pt100
thermistor and a L U —902 K steptype adjustor is that the precision of adjustin g temperature is ±
002 ℃.
