摘 要 矿井的安全生产至关重要，然而井下环境的复杂性和危险气体的存在很容易产生危险，造成生命和财产损失。因此对于井下温度、一氧化碳、甲烷等关键参数的测定和对测得数据的迅速处理是十分关键的。为了保持矿井监控的实时性和对员工的有效管理，设计并开发基于矿井安全的监控管理系统。 基于矿井安全的监控管理系统在Windows操作系统下利用Microsoft Visual Studio 2010和SQL Server 2008 R2开发工具利用MFC（微软基础类库）开发出来。该系统主要完成了以下几个方面的功能：第一，将用光纤传递的矿井内各种传感器采集到的数据进行收集和处理并且生成报表；第二，通过组建无线局域网实现矿井内的实时人员监控，人员定位和人员通信；第三，通过组建视频监控器监控矿井人员和环境的变化，并完成视频记录和异常情况的报警；第四，实现员工的人事管理和考勤管理的功能，实现无纸化办公。管理系统的三级管理权限分别赋予不同人员不同等级的操作权限，不仅提高了软件的使用效率，而且使管理更加层次分明。 本系统的实现能够实时监控矿井内环境参数的变化，有效完成对矿井工作人员的管理，使矿井的管理更为安全有效。 关键词： 环境监控；无线通信；人员信息管理；考勤管理 Abstract Mine production safety is crucial， however， the complexity and the presence of dangerous gases underground environment is prone to dangerous， causing loss of life and property. Therefore， the key parameters for the temperature， carbon monoxide， methane， and rapid determination of the measured data processing is very critical. In order to maintain real-time and effective management of staff to monitor the mine design and development based on mine safety monitoring and management system.
