多層次模型方法論多層次模型方法論：階層線性模式的關鍵：階層線性模式的關鍵議題與試解議題與試解 多層次模型方法論多層次模型方法論：：階層線性模式的關鍵階層線性模式的關鍵議議題與試解題與試解 Methodology of Multilevel Modeling: the key issues and their solutions of hierarchical linear modeling 摘要摘要 摘要摘要 本文針對階層線性模式在多層次研究使用上有關於技術、測量與方法論所遭 遇的問題 ，提出文獻的作法與我們的經驗，整理成十二個重要議題與可能解決方 法。這十二關鍵議題包含 ：(1)組內相關係數的意義與判斷準則 、(2) 多層次研究 各層的樣本數問題 、(3)變數聚合成組織層次問題 、(4)平移 、中心化的意義、(5) 固定效果與隨機效果的設定 、(6)估計法的選擇 、(7)適配度的比較 、(8)強韌性標 準誤的使用 、(9)解釋變異量的計算 、(10) 多元共線性的分析、(11)實證貝式估計 量的運用，以及 (12)HLM 如何在跨層級中介效果研究上的應用 。 Abstract The data collected in social research frequently involve nested structure: the team members are nested within the teams, the teams are nested within the companies. The nested structure let the independent and homogeneity assumptions of the conventional statistical methods (e.g. regression and ANOVA) be invalidated. Hence, the hierarchical linear modeling becomes the alternative for analyzing the nested data. In this paper, we enumerated the twelve key issues in multilevel research and/or using HLM software and provided their exact meanings and feasible solutions. The 12 key issues are: (1) intraclass correlation coefficient, (2) sample sizes, (3) formation of organizational constructs, (4) centering problems, (5) fixed effect and random effect, (6) estimation methods, (7) goodness of fit index, (8) robust standard error, (9) explained variation, (10) multicollinearity, (11) empirical Bayes estimates, and (12) multilevel mediation effect study. 【關鍵字】階層線性模式 、多層次模式、多層次中介效果 【Keywords】hierarchical linear modeling, multilevel modeling, multilevel mediation 壹、壹 、緒論緒論
