In order to reach minimal costs in the long run, an (s,S) model based on muti-stochastic factors was advanced. A modified genetic algorithm based on minimal gene segment coding and two generations competition was developed to solve the problem and significantly improve warehouse and capital management. The simulation result of the proposed approach in terms of solution quality is en- couraging when compared to other current methods. : ; ( ) ; -
