学 号：  HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业设计说明书 GRADUATE DESIGN 设计题目：酸洗线平整机控制系统 —调整装置PLC控制软件的设计 学生姓名： 专业班级： 学 院：电气工程学院 指导教师： 2014年05月30日 摘 要 本设计介绍了基于PLC控制的酸洗线平整机自动控制系统，它是由西门子S7-300系列PLC控制，通过WinCC人机界面及控制台（对部分功能）进行控制。 本说明书首先在熟悉酸洗线平整机工艺的基础上，分析了酸洗线平整机自动控制系统的工作原理，阐述了平整机自动控制系统的设计内容与构成，系统配置及其应注意的问题等。然后基于设计要求对PLC的软件结构，组成，功能及编程语言、编程方法、ET200模块在平整机中的应用做了详细的介绍。最后，在熟悉PLC软件的基础上，建立系统的模型，确定可编程控制器的硬件选择，进行了硬件组态，继而绘出了系统各部分的流程图，用可编程控制器的梯形图语言对PLC进行编程，从而实现自动控制，通过PROFIBUS网络进行通讯，实现用上位机的整体控制，形成了完整的自动化系统。并对系统进行初步的调试，使系统更加完善。 关键词 平整机；PLC；ET200；自动控制系统 Abstract This thesis introduces a PLC which is from Siemens series S7-300 to control automation control system for the skin pass mill, pass the interface of the establishment of WinCC and control the set( to parts of function) to carry on the control. Under the foundation of familiar with acid pickling line craft and the skin pass mill craft ,the present paper firstly analyzes the acid pickling line Skin Pass Mill section automatic control system principle of work, elaborates the Skin Pass Mill control system design content and the constitution, the system disposition and the question that it should pay attention to and so on. Then based on the design request introduce the phylogeny of PLC and its develop trend, and particularly introduce the software structure of PLC and ET200, the composition, the function, in Skin Pass Mill application and so on. At last, under the foundation of familiar with the software of PLC, build up the model of the system, make sure the hardware choice of the programmable controller, build up the flow chart subsequently, use the language of the programmable controller to carry on weaving the distance to the PLC, carry out the auto control, carry on the communication through PROFIBUS, the realization uses the whole control of the place of the machine, the automation that become the integrity.
