gradually rep laced goldw ire as bonding part in industry. It can bew idely used in integrated circu its
and discrete sem iconductor devices. It can also be used in high fidelity aud io, video, cable, and h igh
standard commun icationw ithout signal reflection and scattering because there are no grain boundaries
in single-crystal copper w ire.
