The agri-food’s quality safety issue is more important and urgent at the moment than any time before. Thus, it is of the practical significance to research in the field of the safety of agri-food in production and circulation. Ⅰ.Impacts on agri-food safety by production and circulation. The agri-food comes from plants, livestock and poultry and aquatics. It always has the chance to be polluted, and the pollution has many kinds of modes, resources and ways .It may be polluted in the links of production or circulation, and become unsafe ones.
