The Parts Lists and Drawings Manual is furnished to provide the necessary information for quick and correct identification of the parts that may be required. 1. SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE ORGANISATION The format of the Parts Lists and Drawings Manual is structured utilizing the same drawings, parts nomenclature, parts identification and section grouping to which the gas turbine was built, thereby reducing the chance of error in parts ordering and providing quick and correct parts identification. The Parts Lists and Drawings Manual is made up of arrangement, main assembly drawings, selected sub assembly drawings and parts lists as well as allied GE Energy Products – France SA Product Department and vendor component or equipment parts lists, recommended spares and their respective assembly drawings where available. The table of contents enables location and identification of a part, provided the part’s usage is known. The table of contents is arranged in three columns which are headed, SECTION, DRAWING, And NOMENCLATURE. All the major arrangement main and sub assembly drawings are given by line item numbers and are gathered categorically into sections which are given by line item numbers and section number.
