第40 卷 第18 期 电力系统保护与控制 Vol.40 No.18 2012 年9 月16 日 Power System Protection and Control Sep. 16, 2012 基于 IGBT 的固态断路器开断策略研究 张明锐，金 鑫，刘金辉，徐而峰 （同济大学电子与信息工程学院，上海 201804 ） 摘要：根据 IGBT 关断不同电流时工作区的变化，通过栅极电阻控制其开断特性。在开断短路电流时，采用较大的栅极 电阻，从而抑制开断过电压，其他情况下采用较小的栅极电阻，以保证开断速度。在 Saber 环境下，通过单相 10 kV 固态断路器开断过载电流和短路电流两种工况，验证了所提开断策略的可行性及其抑制开断过电压的效果。本研究为 开发适用于 FREEDM 等高压微网的固态断路器提供了新思路。 关键词：固态断路器；IGBT；栅极控制；过电压抑制；开断策略 Study on breaking strategy of solid-state circuit breaker based on IGBT ZHANG Ming-rui, JIN Xin, LIU Jin-hui, XU Er-feng (College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 201804, China) Abstract: IGBT runs on various operating areas when it turns off different size value of current. The breaking characteristics of IGBT can be controlled by changing the gate resistor. The higher value gate resistance is used to restrain the overvoltage generated during the breaking procedure w hen i t turns off s hort c ircuit current, while th e s maller v alue r esistance is a dopted t o insure the h igh switching s peed w hen i t t urns off t he ov erload c urrent. The feasibility an d ef fectiveness of the over-voltage s uppression of t he breaking strategy is verified by simulation both under overload and short circuit current for 10 kV solid state circuit breaker in Saber software. The achievement of this work provides a new idea of developing solid state circuit breaker used in FREEDM and other high voltage micro grid.
