探析24小时动态心电图对诊断心源性晕厥的临床意义The clinical significance of 24 hours of dynamic electrocardiogram on the diagnosis of cardiosynclinal syncope【 abstract 】 objective: to analyze the clinical significance of 24-hour electrocardiogram on the diagnosis of cardiosynclinal syncope. Methods: randomly in April 2012 to November 2014 and history for 100 patients with cardiac syncope 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram inspection, through the syncope is a repeat, information processing, the analysis of the reasons, at the same time, coupled with experienced doctor right judgment and correct, and then provide the effective information according to patients families, on the other hand also should combine the patients physical examination, medical history and other results, a comprehensive analysis to determine the cause of the patients with syncope. Results: there were 39 patients with severe cardiac arrhythmia, and 2 cases of syncope. There were 65 cases of atrial fibrillation or rv, and 26 cases of actual syncope. There are 6 cases of preexisting contractions, pre-ventricular contractions, and actual syncope. There were five cases of conduction block in the atrioventricular block and three cases of syncope. There were 8 cases of recurrent atrial fibrillation and intermittent atrial fibrillation, and 2 cases of syncope. There were persistent sinus bradycardia or sinus obstruction, sinus stops, 6 cases, and 3 cases of syncope. There were five cases of ventricular tachycardia and 2 cases of syncope. In order to illustrate the main cause of cardiac syncope is time is too long ventricular cardiac arrest, between its and R - R long period consistent with the actual syncope, clear difference have statistical significance (P 0.05).
