摘要该设计是对成都市某商住楼编制的一套招标工程量清单和招标控制价。该建筑为剪力墙结构，建筑层数为地上27层，地下1层，建筑面积为15372.33㎡。招标工程量清单和招标控制价由建筑与装饰工程、电气工程（含强电、防雷接地及弱电工程）、给排水工程以及各单位工程对应的措施项目、其他项目、规费和税金等组成，其总报价48元。主要编制依据有本工程设计文件及相关资料：《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2013）；《房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范》（GB 50854-2013）； 《通用安装工程工程量计算规范》（GB 50856-2013） ；《四川省建设工程工程量清单计价定额》（2015）及相关配套文件；川建造价发【2016】349号文；工程相关的施工和验收规范、标准、技术资料；施工图上的所标注的标准图集。【关键词】招标工程量清单 招标控制价综合单价 指标分析AbstractThe design is a bills of quantities for tendering and tender sum limit for a bookcompiled for a commercial and residential building in Chengdu.The building is a shear wall structure,The building is 27 floors above ground and 1 underground, construction area of 15372.33㎡.The bills of quantities for tendering and tender sum limit is consist ofbuilding construction and fitting-out works, electrical engineering (including lightning protection and grounding Weak engineering), water supply and sewerage works ,and the corresponding Preliminaries ,Work sections and trades summary schedules ,Breakdown schedules for other items, Statutory fee,Tax breakdown schedules.This project has a total price of31,107,267.48yuan.There are mainly prepared on the basis of the project design document and related materials,“Code of bills quantities and valuation for constructionworks”(GB50500-2013),“Standard method of measurement for building construction and fitting-out works” (GB 50854-2013),Standard method of measurement for seneral building services works (GB50856-2013),Sichuan province construction engineering quantity list valuation quota (2015) and related documents,Sichuan construction price published [2016] No. 349,Project-related construction and acceptance of norms, standards, technical information,The standard portfolio construction plans on the marked.【Keywords】Bill of quantities Tender sum limit Integrated unit Index analysis1.前言工程量清单计价模式，是在建设工程招投标中，招标人自行或委托具有资质的中介机构编制反映工程实体消耗和措施性消耗的工程量清单，并作为招标文件的一部分提供给投标人，投标单位依据现行计价定额逐项填写单价，并计算出总价，再通过评标，最后确定合同价的一种计价模式。工程量清单计价法对工程造价的管理
