天成电容器厂采购管理研究 摘 要： 我国目前许多企业的采购管理模式已不能适应市场竞争的要求，大多数企业的采购效率低下、采购成本过高，采购工作不能保证企业满足个性化的市场需要。本文以研究天成电容器厂的采购管理问题为例，在介绍采购管理相关理论的基础上，分析了天成电容器厂采购管理现状及存在问题，从优化采购部门组织结构，采购人员绩效考核以及供应商管理等方面对天成电容器厂的采购管理进行优化，希望通过本文的初步研究，能够起到帮助天成电容器厂进一步完善目前的采购管理制度，减少采购成本，提高利润的作用。 关键词：采购；采购管理；绩效评估；供应商；供应商管理 Tiancheng Capacitor Plant Procurement Management Research Abstarct: China many enterprises procurement management model can not meet the requirements of the market competition, most businesses purchasing low efficiency and high cost of procurement, the procurement can not guarantee that the enterprise to meet the personalized needs of the market.
