宁夏同心县一起羊炭疽疫情的暴发调查 1 2 3 2 1 2 张淼洁 ，李靖宁 ，左兴文 ，张和平 ，杨　林 ，王晓亮 （1. 中国动物疫病预防控制中心，北京　100125 ；2. 宁夏回族自治区动物疾病预防控制中心， 宁夏银川　750002 ；3. 同心县动物疾病预防控制中心，宁夏同心　751300 ） 摘　要 ：2016 年5 月，宁夏回族自治区同心县某养殖户饲养的羊只发生炭疽疫情。通过现场调查、入户访谈、 实验室检测等方法，对该起羊炭疽疫情进行了调查。结果发现，此次疫情共有4 只羊发病死亡，均来源于同一 养殖户。调查认为，该疫情可能由附近其他养殖户在山坡私埋病死羊引起，发病羊只采食被炭疽杆菌污染的牧 草或直接接触私埋病死羊而感染，未追溯到私埋羊只的来源。单因素分析显示，在私埋点附近放牧羊只的发病 风险是未在该区域放牧羊只的 1.14 倍 （P=0.01 ），统计学意义显著。 关键词：炭疽 ；流行病学；暴发调查 ；风险因素 中图分类号：S851.3+3　　文献标识码 ：A　　文章编号 ：1005-944X （2017 ）02-0005-04 DOI ：10.3969/j.issn.1005-944X.2017.02.002 An Outbreak Investigation on Sheep Anthrax in Tongxin County of Ningxia 1 2 3 2 1 2 Zhang Miaojie ，Li Jingyu ，Zuo Xingwen ，Zhang Heping ，Yang Lin ，Wang XiaoLiang （1. Tongxin Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center，Tongxin，Ningxia　750002 ） Abstract ：An outbreak of Anthrax occurred in a sheep breeding household in Tongxin county of Ningxia. Subsequently，an investigation towards this epidemic was carried out by the methods of field survey ，household interviews and laboratory detection. Results showed that altogether 4 sheep died ，and the dead were derived from the same household in this outbreak. The investigation indicated this epidemic was possibly caused by private burial of died sheep in the hillside by other breeding households. Specifically，the disease broke out by ingestion of grass contaminated with Bacillus anthracis or direct contact with diseased and died sheep. However ，the sourc
