Bilingual Teaching in Colleges and Universities Undergraduate Research [Abstract] bilingual education in the development of China’s higher education reform inevitable. In this paper, ‘Financial Management’ course as an example of bilingual education, bilingual education on the development of China’s higher education research on curriculum, teaching materials and teaching the reasonable configuration issues, teaching models, teaching content and teaching methods of reform and effectiveness of bilingual education evaluation methods were discussed in detail. A research overview of In response to the Ministry of Education ‘on Strengthening Undergraduate Education to improve teaching quality of a number of observations’ made by the call of bilingual teaching, I choose the accounting profession’s ‘financial management’, as a bilingual education program. The so-called bilingual education is based on two kinds of language as the language of instruction, in which second language (usually English in China) not only as a learning object, but also as a medium of instruction in some or all of use to non-language subjects as a form of teaching. Held in Luxembourg in 1928 the first meeting of the International Bureau of Education Bilingual Education (IBE) was first put forward the concept of bilingual education. Although a vast majority of people are opposed to bilingual education, but in World War II, especially in the 20th century, mid-and late 80s, the trend of economic globalization, the impact of bilingual education in many countries began to be taken seriously. Bilingual education in bilingual education need to be clearly the first course. Bilingual teaching subject knowledge learning and English language learning in parallel, to some extent hindered the bilingual teaching, thinking and language easy to form the gap between the impact of student learning.
