石油企业海外投资存在的问题与对策探讨 摘要 随着中国经济规模的快速增长，国家对石油资源的需求量日益增加， 国内石油产量已远远不能满足日益增长的消费需求，所以我国开始发展石油企业海外投资。本文以石油企业海外投资存在的问题与对策探讨为题展开论述，首先对本文的研究比较和研究意义进行了简要分析，然后海外投资内涵以及中国石油企业海外投资现状进行了简单介绍，之后重点从投资主体、资金不足、投资风险、技术创新、政府的现行政策和管理制度等方面对我国石油企业海外投资存在的问题进行了深入分析，之后从政府部门以及企业自身入手，针对相应的解决策略提出了相关意见。 关键词：石油企业；海外投资；问题；对策；政府支持 Abstract With the rapid growth of Chinas economy, the country, the demand for oil resources is growing, the domestic oil production has far cannot meet the increasing consumer demand, so oil began development in our country enterprise overseas investment. In this paper, the problems existing in the petroleum enterprise overseas investment and countermeasures to discuss issues, first of all, the study of this article, research significance briefly analyzed and compared, then the connotation of the overseas investment and Chinas oil enterprises overseas investment present situation has carried on the simple introduction, after the key from the investment subject, insufficient funds, risk investment, technology innovation, the governments current policy and management system of Chinas oil enterprises overseas investment carried on the thorough analysis of existing problems, then, from the perspective of the government and enterprise itself, put forward some opinions for the solution of the corresponding strategies.
