A t the pre- ent tmi e, the great achievem ent in the application of capillary electrophore i and m icrofluidic chip to ing le-cell analy i, particularly, in the application ofm icrofluidic chip to culture, ma- nipu lation, location, eparation and detection of component of ingle cell, rea-l tmi e detection of ecretion from ingle-cell and high-throughput array detection have been made. The unit procedure can be m ade up in any device in accordance w ith the requirem ent . In thi paper, the work of the author’ group i pre ented mainly. In addition, the development of the capi-l lary electrophore i and chip electrophore i applied to ing le-cell analy i in recent year are reviewed. The pro pect for ingle-cell analy i including capillary electrophore i and m-i crofluidic chip, mea urement and control at the cel-l chip interface, and quantum dot for pro- bing live cell are al o propo ed.
